Vital Investment Management, LLC can review whether an introduction was made, whether exclusivity was honored, and whether site copy or a profile overstepped advertising rules.

A website request alone does not require Vital to take you as a client. Investment advice, account errors, and fee disputes that arise after you become a client belong to Vital's complaint process and, if needed, to regulators or the forum named in your advisory agreement.
