How matching works

You complete a structured questionnaire. An educational calculator can feed the same intake. We then apply a hard money gate and a rules layer before any introduction.

The money gate is not a score. Households need at least $1,000,000 in investable assets, or at least $250,000 in annual income. Home equity is not investable assets.

If the gate passes, we assign one supervised person using your location, meeting preference, investable-asset band, and planning topics. Estate planning questions are assigned to the estate planning specialist. A score still flags unusual answers for a person to review. We do not guarantee a match.

Virtual consultations are available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. In-person meetings are limited to Northern Colorado and coastal New England. We do not take international requests.

Specialty matching matters. If no participating advisor fits, we refuse the match rather than stretch geography or invent a fit.

You will not be a number in a massive advisory firm running a cookie-cutter model portfolio. Vital Investment Management, LLC is built for high-touch client service. Financial plans and portfolios are tailored to your needs and desires. That is a description of how the firm intends to work with clients after a written advisory agreement. It is not a guarantee of any result.

Qualified requests are reviewed by Vital Investment Management, LLC. An introduction is exclusive to one supervised person at a time. If that person declines within a short window, Vital may make one additional introduction inside the firm. We may decline to introduce you if no supervised person fits.

Submitting a Vital Introductions request does not make you a client of Vital Investment Management, LLC and does not create a fiduciary relationship. If you later become a client under a written advisory agreement, Vital Investment Management, LLC owes the fiduciary duty of an investment adviser as described in its Form ADV and Form CRS. Passing the money gate is an eligibility screen, not a recommendation that you hire Vital or follow any strategy.

We do not guarantee a match, a meeting, an advisory relationship, or any investment result. We do not rank advisors as best, and we do not publish audited conversion rates.

Questions people ask

Who can request an introduction?

Households in the United States with at least $1,000,000 in investable assets to manage, or at least $250,000 in annual household income. Home equity is not investable assets.

Where can I meet an advisor in person?

In-person meetings are limited to Northern Colorado (Larimer, Weld, and Boulder counties) and coastal New England (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut coastal metros). Zoom consultations are available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. International requests are not accepted.

Do you send one household to many advisors?

No. A qualified request is reviewed by Vital Investment Management, LLC and routed to one supervised person. If that person declines within 15 minutes, one additional introduction may be made inside the firm. This is not a marketplace that sells the same lead to several unaffiliated firms.

Do you guarantee a match or rank the best advisor?

No. The platform does not guarantee a match, a meeting, or any investment result. It does not rank advisors as best and does not publish audited conversion rates.

Does the platform manage assets or give investment advice?

The website and questionnaire do not manage assets and do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. If Vital Investment Management, LLC later accepts you as a client under a written advisory agreement, advice and asset management follow that agreement, Form ADV, and Form CRS.

Who is the registered investment adviser?

Vital Introductions is a service of Vital Investment Management, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser with a principal office in Loveland, Colorado (CRD 300811). Registration is a fact. It is not an SEC approval or endorsement. Submitting a request does not by itself make you a client.

Is this a large firm with cookie-cutter portfolios?

No. You will not be a number in a massive advisory firm running a cookie-cutter model portfolio. Vital Investment Management, LLC is built for high-touch client service. Financial plans and portfolios are tailored to your needs and desires after you become a client under a written advisory agreement. That is not a guarantee of any investment result.

How is the firm paid?

Vital Investment Management, LLC is compensated by clients under its advisory agreements, as described in Form ADV and Form CRS. It does not sell the same household to many unaffiliated firms. The firm has a conflict because it has an incentive to accept a qualified household as its own client.
